After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in
1996, Mr. Fraser began his career as a trial attorney with the law
firm of Watson, Folds, Steadham & Walker, in Gainesville, Florida.
During his years with the firm he represented hundreds of clients
with various disputes and claims, including landlord/tenancy,
bankruptcy and debt collection, and business disputes, Mr. Fraser
gained a wealth of experience in civil litigation.
In 2002, Mark Fraser started his own law office, branching
further into areas such as family and construction law, finding a
niche in the business and construction arena. Mr. Fraser has
represented a wide range of cases in both Alachua and Marion
Counties, and for 7 years was the Assistant Attorney for the City of Newberry and
the Town of McIntosh.
We will always aim to settle disputes in the best interests of
the client, and despite having extensive courtroom experience, this
sometimes means reaching a settlement or an agreement before
proceeding to trial.
